My wife was supposed to be part of a research study with them and the situation was handled horribly. She had an appointment for today, Monday, and received multiple appointment reminders this past week, including yesterday. Today, when she arrived to her appointment after driving an hour, she was told that the study had closed. The woman stated they called her on Friday to tell her that the study closed but my wife was at work that day and could not answer her phone (meanwhile, she's getting 15 calls a day from spam numbers... read more
I have been in this study for awhile more then 1 year and my main contract person Kernifer is very nice and had a great attitude and look like she like her job and enjoyed helping people’s the study have been rewarding to say and I glad I have been chosen to help make a difference
The doctors here are so accommodating and pleasant. So happy to be a part of this study.
