Very efficient and professional. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Alyssa was attentive and helpful.
5 stars for staff on-site but only 3 stars for preparation. No parking instructions. This is Atlanta - parking is difficult. No information about how to enter the building. Walked around the block twice looking for an entrance. Finally found one underground. Once in the office, everything went well. But I almost gave up and left prior to finding the office. Tried calling more than once and always had to leave a message. No return calls. Prep needs to be improved.
Alissa was very nice and professional I am more than happy to give her 5 stars.
Everyone here has been very professional and friendly. I look forward to future studies. I appreciate their timeliness.
