I was really impressed! The therapist/providers as well as especially the technicians who work with you on a daily basis, they did such a great job and are really good at what they do both on a personal and technician level

What a wonderful experience at NeuroStim TMS! Crystal, Marina and Hannah were amazing and provided world-class customer service. This TMS provider is great! The staff, including Tasha, Jessica, Kaitlyn, Ki'i, Rachel, and one other lady whose name I cannot remember (I'm so sorry!), were all extremely polite, courteous and professional. They were always able to answer any questions I had and tried to make me as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this location and team! The office is clean, comfortable, and safe with an amazing staff!
Getting myself to try something new was the hard part! Once I arrived, met the team and started treatment I knew I was in a safe, non-judgemental, caring environment. Every single practitioner that I worked with went above and beyond to listen, respond, and be accessible. They were knowledgeable, compassionate, and sometimes funny!
