The staff at this clinic are extraordinary. All of them made me feel like they understood what I was going through and were supportive. That doesn't happen much in real life. They were kind, friendly, flexible, helpful, and willing to answer questions. The treatments were fast and painless for me. I highly recommend receiving treatment there.
My spouse and I have spent a lot of time here over the past year, and I can safely say we would not be where we are today if not for the staff/team at this Federal Way location. The team is comprised of amazing individuals that make what you are going through just a little bit easier. They always greet you with a genuine smile and make you feel like you are in a safe space. I cant express enough gratitude for the people working here. Initially, I was skeptical about TMS after suffering with depression for a majority of my life that nothing would "fix"... within the first two weeks I saw results. TMS treatment went really! Staff was amazing and so kind! I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend this clinic. Plus they have a lovely doggo who comes every once and a while who is so cute! 🥰
