My daughter was diagnosed from Portland, OR and the next step was the TMS treatment and we wanted to find places here and they said to her...They said because I am not clinically diagnosed with depression that I would need to pay out of pocket and that POTS is experimental and would Definitely need out of pocket pay. My experience with NeuroStim is hard to put into words. I came in with an open mind to better myself through a scientific treatment to help my mental health improve when medications and therapy were not quite enough on their own. TMS was synergistic in my protocol for success. Neurostim was absolutely amazing. The staff are really friendly and personable. It's the kind of place where, even if you don't get the outcome you hoped for, getting to see kind people every day for a couple of months is really nice. I always felt welcome and cared for. Becca, Tikva, and Nate became my people. Dr. Matt is extremely invested in his clients. I would go back in a heartbeat if I needed them again.
My overall experience at NeuroStim TMS in Federal Way was very positive. Every staff member I encountered was supportive and friendly especially Nate, Becca, and Tikvah. The treatment really helped move the needle on my depression and has made my therapy more productive. An added bonus was the office dog, Gus! He always brightened my day. Thank you!
