Aastha was amazing in providing care with pelvic floor therapy! She talks through it all and I’ve definitely seen results! Highly recommend her.
These women “know their stuff”, and are excellent at adapting their knowledge and skills to your particular needs. They really listen and continuously tweek, adapt or change your exercises to address your real issues.
I had a great experience here. Jynelle got me back to 100%. She is a fantastic physical therapist!
The staff is super friendly and it is I'm on my way there now and while some of the exercises can be painful, it's only because it's the road to recovery. I have been going a short time and already feeling relief.. I am really excited to see how far I can go with this because the pain has really been awful before coming here.
