Nothing about our experience here was positive. We were hoping to find help for our son. Instead, we were rushed through an exam and left the facility with more questions than answers. We tried to schedule follow up phone calls regarding treatment plans and hoped to get our questions answered, and were brushed off. The front desk staff told us "if the phone call with the doctor takes more than 10 minutes, we'll have to charge you." The team is great and we got a lot out of the 2 weeks intensive program. 4 star because the labs were charged more than double compared to other places, with no upfront pricing transparency. Felt misleading and unfair. I recommend checking prices elsewhere before agreeing to labs through the clinic. It would be helpful to acknowledge that families already carry a significant financial burden. It would have been greatly appreciated if the tests were bundled and offered at a discounted rate, similar to what the lab testing age... read more
My middle aged autistic daughter comes here 2 to 3 weeks yearly. The staff is wonderful and professional. If your looking for miracles or a quick fix, don't hold your breath. It's a long term program to reduce some of the symptoms and behaviors, not a cure. Being your child here. It is worth rhe drive, flight, etc.
My daughter was born with a rare brain malformation, not compatible with life, when EVERYONE else told us there was no hope, put her on hospice, and canceled all Dr appointments, Dr Crawford stepped in. While he wasn’t sure at the time what the outcome would be, he gave hope. He gave ideas. He gave encouragement. He changed our perspective.
