These people seem to find organising something quite difficult. They could not tell me where my earplugs where so I could pick them up. Then receptionist was just going to give them to me without having an audiologist to show me how to fit them.
A top place to go for all your hearing aid needs. Been using neurosensory, formally everything hearing for nearly 5 years now, the only problem I have is whoever they're getting to fix the products, they're extremely sloppy and I've had 4 occasions now where my so called fixed hearing aid has broken before leaving the office even but it's not their fault, they just need a better place to send the products off to be fixed, surely that can't go on for another 5 years, I'll change providers if it does happen again though!
