I rang about 2 months ago for the latest copy of prices . As I had mis placed the one given to me in 2023 . My tinitis has been extra noisy and annoying of late and ready to take the plunge with buying a hearing aid .I was very impressed by the one fitted to me on my visit .The nice understanding lady answering the phone said she would pass on my request and have someone contact .e .Well nothing . if i could give it a 0 i would. I had never had a hearing test before and was told by my doctor to get one. I don’t have problems with my hearing but my doctor suggested it due to mental health reasons - i’m not a doctor so who am i to argue with her. The receptionist was awful and absolutely humiliated me infront of everyone in the waiting room.
