I rang about 2 months ago for the latest copy of prices . As I had mis placed the one given to me in 2023 . if i could give it a 0 i would. I had never had a hearing test before and was told by my doctor to get one. I don’t have problems with my hearing but my doctor suggested it due to mental health reasons - i’m not a doctor so who am i to argue with her. The receptionist was awful and absolutely humiliated me infront of everyone in the waiting room. Olivia assisted me with an order which is being shipped to Darwin. She was so professional and eager to help, I appreciate her service and efficiency.
They always quote differently over the phone as to when you pay for your fees in person. They always end up charging more after the consultation, particularly a fee they claim to be non medicare rebatable? They don't tell you otherwise. I don't understand why the dishonesty.
