Absolutely amazing experience with a hearing test for our 2 year old !!! Really lovely experience and beautiful staff Surprised to see so many bad reviews as they were wonderful for us
The appointment making process at this clinic was appalling. When I tried to make an appointment for a balance test the person was unable to understand what to book, and advised they would find out and call me back but never did. When I was finally able to make an appointment I was phoned back not once but twice to advise that there was no audiologist available at the appointment times given. As a result the wait time for this appointment has blown out to over 9 weeks.
Could not recommend highly enough. Informative, empathetic staff.
Don’t expect to be seen on time - apparently it’s reasonable for a patient to be seen 45 minutes after their appointment time. Cannot recommend.
I believe Neurosensory at Benowa has forgotten they are in health care because I was shown none. I didn’t even get past reception who bungled my appt twice. The most recent bungle occurred after me having driven 2 hrs to get to them. That left me feeling zero confidence that any test results, if I proceed, would even be handled correctly. An extremely disappointing experience.
