Excellent service, Friendly staff, Exceptional knowledge…..
I can’t speak highly enough of the service kindness and empathy , the staff! each and every one of them is both knowledgeable and determined to deal with each individual problem to solve quickly and efficiently whatever minor problem I ve had with my hearing aids . Initially I had a very major problem however with their help and patience I can now lead a normal life .
The whole team is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable.
Lost one of my aids in surf. Neurosensory provided a new pair because a single of my model was no longer available, at the price of a single. Very thoughtful. Help from Hannah and Izzy world class.
