Very professional and much appreciated care.
Just a quick note to thanks the ladies at the Ballina practice for their professionalism and dedication to my elderly fathers needs. They have always made themselves available outside of appointments for advice and technical support. The team at the Ballina clinic are a credit to the Neurosensory group. I've been seeing audiologists for 40 years and Neurosensory is far and away the least efficient and bumbling experience I've ever had. Took me 4 appointment costing $750, over the span of 6 weeks, to do what any other audiologist would have done in one visit and in one week. Shameful.
