Doctor Monis is wonderful. He is very professional, friendly, and nice. But some of his staff is not professional and needs improvement. I recommend the doctor as a good specialist, but I'm very upset with some of his staff attitude. They should be honest with the patients and not to tell the things that they have never done. It happened to me. I appreciate Dr. Monis help, but I never see any positive attitude, help and support from some of his staff.
Dr. Monis is an outstanding physician! He is patient and answered my numerous questions. Elham at the front desk is remarkable. She is friendly and helpful. Thank you for taking good care of me! I highly recommend this clinic!
Staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The office was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere. Doctors are truly outstanding—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring.
