BEWARE! This is a great group of doctors but once you leave the office you will never be able to talk to them again. The phone system is the WORST!! We are so frustrated my husband had his appointment changed and after speaking with the ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE phone receptionist for SEVERAL min, (with no option to speak with a receptionist) we were told that someone would call him back, no one ever did. The healthcare professionals within this practice are some of the best! I have suffered with chronic pain for many years and I was so frustrated. Dr Sethi has been an outstanding doctor. He has never given up on me (or my spine). Jen Clarke is the best pain management practitioner that I have ever seen, she listens and genuinely wants to help! First, I want to say that in terms of medical care, this place is actually genuinely excellent. Everyone from receptionist to provider is polite, knowledgeable, and good at what they do. However, They have also farmed out their phone services to the world's least helpful "AI Assistant" which has consistently left my questions unanswered, failed to pass along messages and medicine refill requests, and resulted in me going sometimes weeks without the medicines I need to function on a day to day basis.
