Can't say enough bad things about this place. I inadvertently made an error online when making my first appointment, but instead of calling me to alert me, they allowed me to come for the scheduled appointment and there was no provider available to see me, nor would they make me another appointment. Since I had already established a relationship with the Synaptic "team", I let my other provider go. Now, I have no way to refill my much needed psychiatric meds....and they didn't even say, "we're sorry" or "we'll try to help." ... read more
I am extremely satisfied with my therapist Jordan. I was at my wits end when I first started seeing him. He has been tremendously supportive! I recommend his services highly. His services keep me going to this company! I am truly indebted to him for his support and assistance at a very devastating time in my life! I do, however, absolutely hate the automated phone system.
