I thought I found the right doc for treatment and was well on my way to doing better. However, I've learned the hard way that unless you are at your appointment, there is no support from the office or the doctor. Be careful, it seems wonderful at first, but then the sales pitches start. Let's do this and let's do that which will cost the patient a fortune. After completing the intake forms and navigating the patient portal, I ultimately decided to seek services elsewhere. Communication was difficult. There is no direct phone access, and messages must be left for a callback. This is a excellent team of doctors and office staff! I have had nothing but positive and helpful experiences with my doctors that i have seen! I am currently seeing Hillary Osborne who listens and helps me navigate through things to get a better understanding of what I am going through! She cares so much!!! I would highly recommend them 💯 percent!!!
