Did not share with me the price of services when I asked and just said it was fine because of my insurance. Ended up paying a grand out of pocket for maybe 3 minutes of stretching and being told one leg is longer than the other.
A month ago I saw Paul Carlson who is an APNP. I have NEVER felt more unheard or unseen! To begin with, he had not looked at my file, x-rays or MRI before he came into the room. He started making assumptions and “counseling “ me on parts of my file before completing reading through everything and seeing my tests. He was not compassionate nor understanding of my issue. Cut me off iv prednisone with no taper. This left me disabled. Changed the medical records to play cover up for misdiagnosis. CSF leak. Not MS
My daughter has been struggling ever since she was put on the Clobazam it has caused her severe constipation and mood changes and trouble sleeping, I asked to get her off it, and all that happened was the dose was lowered. Even her case manager said she is so quiet and that is not normal for her, I even emailed the clinic and said I want her off it and no one will even email me back.
Great place. Great doctors but availability is garbage.
