Dr. Peters & the Neuroscience staff are everything that's good about health care. Compassionate, thorough, & extremely knowledgeable. Great experience, highly recommend.
My fiance started going to Dr. Peters on the recommendation of someone we know. We both wish we would have gone somewhere else as Dr. Peters doesn't care about his patients or finding out why they are having the issues that they are. He over doses his patients on prescriptions and when the ER doctor calls to see what they can do to help he wont return their phone calls. This office staff is still unhinged after a decade of working with Dr. Peters. They are verbally abusive to patients and the office manager is possibly one of the worst culprits. She uses foul language and will escalate a complaint and turn it into Bedlam when they call you back inquiring about a complaint. It’s unhinged behavior. This business dropped every client with ADHD about a month ago without warning. I’m sure we all found out only when trying to fill our prescriptions, and they just didn’t go through. I had to message them directly for someone to tell me “I should have been notified but they no longer cater to ADHD clients.” Fine, very inconvenient and irresponsible since I basically had to quit my meds cold turkey since they wouldn’t fill my script even one more time to allow me time to transfer to another practice.
