This month my prescription was never sent to the pharmacy so I called and asked if it was going to be done before the long weekend and they told me they dropped me as a patient. I've been a patient for over 15yrs it wasn't a shock I was going to be late getting my prescription filled this month, that happened a lot the past couple of years with this practice, but to be told I needed to find a new doctor to get a prescription that I've been getting monthly for over 10years in this fashion is insanely disappointing.
I truly cannot say enough about how incredible Michelle Smith, N.P., has been throughout my health journey over the past three years. She has played a critical role in not only helping me get physically better but also in improving my mental well-being as a byproduct of the compassionate, comprehensive care she provides.
