My husband had an office visit today with dr. Rosenberg. As we left the office my husband said “he’s a nice man.” He was knowledgeable and answered questions.
Dr Rosenberg did not have a good bed side manner , I felt like we were being spoken down to . Went to him for our son, left there feeling extremely over whelmed and upset. I personally feel it would be nice if doctors would speak on a level their patients Could understand. The Dr lingo left us more confused then when we first got there.
Dr. Rosenberg diagnosed my mom right before the holidays. I attended her 3 month follow up appt and couldn’t have run out of there fast enough. In my opinion, Dr. Rosenberg is a reactive doctor not proactive. He’s the right one for you if you want to wait for your symptoms to increase and receive medicine. However, I would recommend a neurologist who is willing and able to provide an approach that looks at the whole picture. Visited one of the doctors with my wife, who requested an MRI for her. The insurance company denied the request and I could not figure out why. I reached out to the individual responsible for insurance authorization’s in the office over the course of a month, at least 4/5 calls to try and determine why the request was denied. I never ever received a call back, that is until I actually went to the office. The individual was not there, but called me and left the nastiest message asking why I showed up to see her.
