Referred by Morristown Memorial Hospital - only way to contact this office is via the listed phone number, and as soon as you go through the prompts, you get hung up on. Can't event speak with anyone to schedule an appointment.
As another reviewer stated I wish there were negative stars to give as well. How do you run a business that cannot get phone calls? I have called at different times of day since Monday to make an appointment and the phone keeps hanging up on me. This is frustrating when all I am trying to do is to get answers. Moving onto the next Neuro group.
I also find the staff is friendly. Doctor Rosenberg always has all my records and is always prepared. I have been under his care for over 8 years . I never had a problem with his staff .
I am not one to write reviews normally but I am disappointed with the service. I was 7 minutes late, which is my fault and the front desk lady made sure I knew that. The front office staff is unprofessional and makes you feel like an inconvenience. Mind you, I had to wait nearly 3 months for this appointment. The doctor I saw seemed bother by this appointment rather than assessing the situation that brought me here. Not pleased do not recommend.
