I also find the staff is friendly. Doctor Rosenberg always has all my records and is always prepared. I have been under his care for over 8 years . I never had a problem with his staff .

I am not one to write reviews normally but I am disappointed with the service. I was 7 minutes late, which is my fault and the front desk lady made sure I knew that. The front office staff is unprofessional and makes you feel like an inconvenience. Mind you, I had to wait nearly 3 months for this appointment. The doctor I saw seemed bother by this appointment rather than assessing the situation that brought me here. Not pleased do not recommend.

I wish there were NEGATIVE stars to be given to Deana . Been a patient in this office for over a year. Got a bill from the office. Called the office spoke to the biller- Deana . Found out she send it to my secondary instead of my primary insurance first. She informed me she was going to fix it. Few months go by, get another bill from the office, saying it’s past due . Called the office, found out the bill was never send to the primary insurance and than the Deans started screaming on the phone saying I should pay my bill. Sh... read more
