I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Johans and his team. He was compassionate, knowledgeable, and very to the point which I appreciated. I had been in severe pain for several months with no other option than surgery. He made me feel comfortable and confident in his abilities. I’m 2 months post surgery and doing very well. I would highly recommend Dr. Johans to anyone looking for an outstanding surgeon.

I am so thankful I found Dr. Johans. He performed a cervical discectomy and arthroplasty at C5/C6. He is such a talented surgeon, and there were no complications at all. He is so kind and caring. He met with me twice before the surgery and then again several times at the hospital. The appointments were never rushed, and he always made sure all my questions were answered throroughly. His demeanor is very calming, and he put me at ease throughout the entire process. Thank you so much, Dr. Johans!

I cant even tell you happy my Wife and I are. Dr Johans is truly an amazing person. He is right to the point, compassionate, and very skilled. My wife had a neck issue that needed to be fixed. From the time we saw him until the surgery was done was less than 3 weeks. And my wife is doing amazing. Thank you so much. Ohhh and the Treasure Valley Hospital staff was amazing also. From the receptionist to the Nursers to the food. All absolutely fantastic.

Within a minute of talking with Dr. Johans, the difference between him and other neurosurgeons was apparent. He listened intently to what my experience was and I felt heard. Then he did his diagnostic questions. He was very personable and caring, and that allowed me to trust his expertise. His consultation was caring, scientific, and productive.

If you want a Doctor that explains everything without having to ask, this is your Doctor. I have never had a surgical experience like this before. I will not be going anywhere else as long as I have a choice. I am post surgery and the support app and resources are something I have never seen or experience. Treasure Valley Hospital and Doctor Johan's is where I will be again of I need any further spinal surgery.
