I am truly shocked at the ignorance and rudeness of the staff here, especially Amy. She insisted that our insurance (Tricare) was the same as VA insurance. If you are familiar with the military at all, you know what a joke that is. When we got frustrated (zero bad language or yelling, just frustrated) at her not listening, she actually hung up on us. Such lack of knowledge, not to mention lack of manners, was appalling.
