This place is a shame, we arrived early for our appointment, waited for 2 hours and was told still one person ahead of us is waiting in line. The bun women at front desk is arrogant and rude, when I asked her how many patients are ahead of us, she repeated my question and laughed at it with another worker. I myself is a nurse, when patient complain of waiting, we always apologize and express understanding of the inconvenience no matter what.

I am nothing short of dissapointed and angry at this place. Most times when I have to come the waiting room is crowded and loud, and it doesn't help that some of the people waiting there have an issue when it comes to staring. And while I understand the staff don't have any power over that, they do have power over the wait times.
