This is the absolute worst office I’ve ever experienced. The front desk girl is rude, they don’t message you back or call you back within 48 hours when you send a MyChart message. They refuse you care when you go into the office because no one has called or messaged you back and you’re in need of medical care. The doctor documented in my visit note that I was on a medication that I’m not taking and haven’t been taking. If you have serious concerns such as stroke(s) please don't put your trust in the hands of these people. They will let you die from prescribing medication that does not work. They knew my meds weren't working from blood test done 2 months ago. I ended up with another stroke, got a new neuro doc who told me today that plavix isn't working. I sincerely hope these folks get treated the same way they treat their patients....badly
Dr. Shen is a very good doctor, she listens like actually listens to you. She doesn't rush appointments and you can count on her to care. And her nurse Kristy and amazing, she is quick to message back on MyChart and is so helpful.

If I could rate it lower than a one star, I would. So unprofessional and if you are living with a seizure disorder I highly recommend you to find someone who truly cares about your health and it's not them !!! They only care about their paychecks !!!!
