I am writing this review based on my family’s personal experience while my uncle, who is a quadriplegic, was living at Nero Restorative. Unfortunately, our interactions with Rachel were deeply concerning. From the very beginning, Rachel made it clear through her behavior and comments that she did not like working with individuals with disabilities. My son was cared for at this facility, and from the very beginning, the staff gave us something many others did not—hope. I just want to shout out the whole crew of Garden Grove. They put in the work!! From the very top the big lady boss…..she is always walking around and speaking with the patients all the way down to Activities,housekeeping, the kitchen and ADON and office manager, they make you feel seen and heard… you know! My brother received truly exceptional care during his stay at Neuro Restorative Garden Grove, and I cannot say enough about the incredible team there.
