Staff was great except for Mrs Rachael. Sis not like her at all because she comes off as cool but she's unprofessional! Acts busy but doesn't get anything done. If you have family that needs physical therapy, this is not the place to go. They don't have the equipment for it! It's a joke!

Quiero compartir mi esperiencina respeto al trato que Rachel le ha dado a mi hermano,quien es cuadraplejico y depende completamente de otros para su cuidado y bienestar.Lo que he precensiado por parte de Rachel es profundamente preocupante y angustiante. I am writing this review based on my family’s personal experience while my uncle, who is a quadriplegic, was living at Nero Restorative. Unfortunately, our interactions with Rachel were deeply concerning. From the very beginning, Rachel made it clear through her behavior and comments that she did not like working with individuals with disabilities. My son was cared for at this facility, and from the very beginning, the staff gave us something many others did not—hope.
