I cannot even rate Neuro Restorative with one star, but that is not an option. They billed insurance until the very last day, doing as little as possible along the way. They constantly put my husband to bed and couldn't be bothered with his therapy. They require 4 hours notice before visiting, probably because they don't do anything. On Friday afternoon at 1:00 PM, they met with the patient and discussed discharge instructions, never calling the home about arrangements. They dumped my husband on Sunday at noon with no equipment, no plan, and no instructions. I was not even home! They did not even set up home care or send in orders until Monday morning. Incompetent at best and negligent at worst behavior was exhibited by the entire staff, and mostly by the director and case manager. When I called them on Monday, they asked, "how are things going?" DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
