I cannot even rate Neuro Restorative with one star, but that is not an option. They billed insurance until the very last day, doing as little as possible along the way. They constantly put my husband to bed and couldn't be bothered with his therapy. They require 4 hours notice before visiting, probably because they don't do anything. On Friday afternoon at 1:00 PM, they met with the patient and discussed discharge instructions, never calling the home about arrangements.
