Robert and Yana went above and beyond and were extremely helpful during a difficult time in my life. I was diagnosed with early stage head and neck cancer and had to meet with a speech pathologist during my treatment and Robert could not have been better. He was very knowledgeable about what exercises I had to do in order to maintain my throat muscles, any questions about my taste and different methods to try and improve it, and general help I needed during treatment. Lyndsey was so lovely to work with and really took the time to hear all of my difficulties. She really took the time to come up with a collaborative plan with me to get better and stay better after therapy ended!
Avoid at all cost! This therapist didn't know what he was doing, 0 connection with child and definitely not interested in engaging with his patient. Additionally, I was mislead about insurance, so I ended up with unexpected bill of almost 400$
Rob and Lyndsey wear very helpful. They gave me lots of exercises which I do daily. They felt like they had done enough so that is why they have discharged me. I will continue the exercises and check back In a few months.
Both Lyndsey and Rob did a fantastic job in understanding and assisting me to improve! Highly recommend them!
