I have never experienced such a rude receptionist in my life. Please send her to remedial training or find someone new. You are losing patients and the second Cathy should not have to keep apologizing for the one that answers the phone. Just terrible!!!! She literally transferred me while I was in the middle of asking a question TWICE. I would never give my hard earned money to someone who treats me like garbage before I even schedule an appointment for my child not just once even-but TWICE. VERY RUDE front desk receptionist. Super unhelpful. Keeps interrupting and repeating herself. I could not get the information that I needed.
The experience I had at this center was good. The staff was helpful and professional. The testing done here has helped my grandchild to have a better future. It has helped our family to seek out other professionals and schools based on the information obtained here. My grandson is progressing now thanks to the information obtained here.
