The doctors are great but the lady at the front desk is terribly unprofessional. She emailed me and my husband the wrong times to be at my appointment and when I asked what time it was at she told me to read the email . I explained to her that the email and the phone call I got to confirm the appointment didn’t match up and she just continued to be dismissive and telling be to read the email . Dr. Perez is the best doctor I ever met. Kind, empathic, and takes the time to fully explain things in a way it's understandable. Active therapist who really paints a great picture of how to cope with struggles and you can tell he is genuine.

Thank you to Dr.Heptig & Dr Zambelli. I want to acknowledge the impact the testing has had on me and help me work on certain skill's and behaviors I can improve on. If you're thinking about getting tested I think it is a wonderful tool we can all use to help improve and become a better version of ourselves. I really appreciate the time Dr.Heptig took to listen to my concerns and really made me feel like my experiences are valid and the troubles I had I didn't quite understand until I became older and it has been a lot worse.... read more
Scheduling at this place is absolutely horrendous. They do not communicate via email at all and do not send you any form of confirmation/reminder. Their hours are also not on their website and the hours that they have listed on Google maps are inaccurate. This caused me to not show up to my appointment as I was not sure if it was even confirmed. Their no show charge is an insane $250 that they will not work with you on. If they were understanding and worked with me on it I would have been willing to schedule multiple appoint... read more
