Had a great experience with Dr. Salinas. Needed an FAA Fast Track ADHD evaluation for my 1st class medical application and she did a great job working with me throughout the process. She knows how particular the FAA is and was very in depth with her analysis. Appointment setup was easy and online interview was convenient. If i ever need more help with the FAA medical process she will be the first one I call.
The diagnosis was accurate, but the process left me feeling uncertain and frustrated due to poor communication. I was left waiting in the lobby for an excessive time without updates, the evaluation took longer than agreed on, and Dr. Salinas promised a follow-up but didn’t reach out for two weeks, even after I visited her office and left a note requesting a call. The lack of proper communication made the experience stressful and upsetting.
Set up 2 calls for a 10-minute consultation. No one ever called both times, even though your confirmation page states that you will call. Have a phone number that is just an automated answering service that no way to speak to someone.
Scheduled a 10 minute consultation, set aside time from my busy day waiting around for a call that never came, first red flag 40 minutes later received an email thanking me for my time and that it was “great talking” to me, second red flag I’m not willing to wait around for a third one.
