Getting an appointment was zero issue as my ex-husband had to pay up front. Initial appoint. was Jan 8th, 2026. Now granted we were 20 min late due to last min confusion/miscommunication on who was driving our child. That was completely our fault. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by my experience with Dr. Cristi. She was late for the consultation call. We then got scheduled for the evaluation and I prepped my child for the experience, adjusted my work schedule, and then she was very late for the assessment which caused stress to both my child and me and set us off on the wrong foot for the assessment. Dr. Cristi Salinas was amazing with my daughter. At first, she didn’t have any appointments available soon, but when I filled out the form and shared that my daughter had been kicked out of school, she personally reached out the next day. She said she cared about us and understood how stressful the situation was, so she made time for my family. Had a great experience with Dr. Salinas. Needed an FAA Fast Track ADHD evaluation for my 1st class medical application and she did a great job working with me throughout the process. She knows how particular the FAA is and was very in depth with her analysis. Appointment setup was easy and online interview was convenient. If i ever need more help with the FAA medical process she will be the first one I call.

The diagnosis was accurate, but the process left me feeling uncertain and frustrated due to poor communication. I was left waiting in the lobby for an excessive time without updates, the evaluation took longer than agreed on, and Dr. Salinas promised a follow-up but didn’t reach out for two weeks, even after I visited her office and left a note requesting a call. The lack of proper communication made the experience stressful and upsetting.
