I received a full neuro-psych evaluation in Dec 2023 from Dr. Morgan and Ms. Denise. He does not accept insurance so it was pricey but they gave me the detailed itemized bill so I could process the bill with my insurance separately. I am now going to attend a master's program and will hopefully matriculate into their DO school directly. Thank you for being part of my journey to medical school!
The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a providers' office. I called twice to schedule an appointment and had a couple of questions throughout the process. The person I was speaking with hung up on me both times despite me never indicating I did not want to schedule an appointment. This place clearly does not care about accessibility for the exact kinds of patients who would be calling to schedule appointments. It's disgraceful that they allow this to happen.
Tried getting in contact with them multiple times regarding a few malpractice issues. Went in for a private evaluation, where he ended up garnering fake results that didn't accurately represent who I was, and then sent them out to people after I gave my clear consent not to under any circumstances. We are now currently having to figure out how to proceed with this whole Situation further, but of course in trying to contact them about their behavior,they were no where to be reached afterwards.
