Neerja has no filter. Very awkward. I'm surprised she's working in a position in which she has to interact with people.
I had an appointment and was charged an astronomical amount for them to analyze paperwork. I declined and was told that I would get a summary of the in person portion of the appointment. I never received any paperwork, I’ve called and you can not leave a voicemail as the numbers are an automated message. I’ve sent several emails with no response and it’s been months. This place is a joke, I wish I could leave it negative stars!
Reception was terrible and not helpful
Terrible practice staff are unprofessional and rude.
