We had an amazing experience with the Neuropsychological Institute of San Antonio. We were referred by someone in our neighborhood, Perla, and when I called I was sent to an angel, Alex, who immediately understood what we needed for my son and was able to jump through hoops to help us with the right appointments and testing so that we could get things taken care of for my son within a very fast turn around time - all to qualify him for a full scholarship for Texas A&M in the fall and without which he would not have met the c... read more
Alex Salazar of Neuropsychological Institute is by far the most professional and efficient individual I’ve ever worked with. She went over and above to assist me in my 92 year old mother’s paperwork, registration process and appointment scheduling. She speaks very highly of Dr. Schaeffer as well so I have no doubts. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had with a doctor’s office. No frustration, no chasing callbacks…just smooth, consistent communication. Alex at the front desk is amazing!! I can’t say enough about how helpful and kind she was throughout the process. Highly recommend this office!
My first conversation was with Ms Salazar. She is the perfect example of staff whom knows the what is needed as it pertains to my health and medical records. And she has a calming attitude for first time callers, me. Her response to my questions were concise and informative. She should be a trainer for staff meeting the new and returning patients.
This place does not care to help people! I tried to make an appointment and they were more focused on what I would do with my evaluations instead of the fact my Dr. ordered it due to myself having brain damage. Waste of time calling!!!
