My first conversation was with Ms Salazar. She is the perfect example of staff whom knows the what is needed as it pertains to my health and medical records. And she has a calming attitude for first time callers, me. Her response to my questions were concise and informative. She should be a trainer for staff meeting the new and returning patients.
This place does not care to help people! I tried to make an appointment and they were more focused on what I would do with my evaluations instead of the fact my Dr. ordered it due to myself having brain damage. Waste of time calling!!!
Alex and Elizabeth were so patient and understanding with us! They made us so comfortable and took away all anxieties! Dr. Schaffer is very professional and we felt very well taken care of in her hands!!! Will refer others here!
Very professional and courteous staff and environment. I felt able to be myself and give full effort and attention to task at hand. The experience leading to a referral was unpleasant so to be treated with such kindness and professionalism is worth noting. Thank you.
I generally don’t recommend healthcare provider at a neuropsychology clinic to joke in front of dementia patient and family “I’m crazy and have already been diagnosed here.“
