I found the evaluation to be outdated and the evaluator to be subjective. She seemed bothered by questions and irritated at my curiosity. The doctor did not follow up with me. Overall this experience was a waste of time and effort. I would not recommend this practice.
I have been working with Dr B and his team for several years. Everyone is kind and very helpful. Dr B has been one of the best decisions when looking for a neuropsychologist.
I experienced a truly unsettling interaction with the telephone coordinator. When calling to schedule my appointment, her tone and demeanor suggested I was nothing but an inconvenience and annoyance throughout our entire conversation. This was particularly disheartening given the sensitive nature of the appointment. Dr. Barnoski and his staff are excellent. They have helped me to fully understand the healing process, as it relates to neuropsychology, following a traumatic car accident. With their help I have come along way. I have never felt like a number while being treated by Dr. Barnoski, something that is hard to find in this day and age of medicine. The doctor did not explain the process for my son’s neuropsychiatric evaluation. When I expressed concern over a 5 hour session- and that our son’s past neuropsychs had been broken up into Multiple sessions for more accurate assessment- I was essentially dismissed .
