I saw all the reviews prior to my appointment, and wanted to give him the chance and not be influenced by past reviews. As a new patient I was pleased to fill out my paperwork and then get called in to see the doctor. I didn’t experience any of the issues I read, my appointment went well, and the doctor was thorough.
If I could give 0/5 I would. My wife has been trying to get a prescription filled for a medical device for some time now. The office has been no help, constantly throws out faxed papers and they have to be resent, and Maggie at the front desk is constantly combative. When speaking with her just now trying to get help, she was withholding information, would not answer questions, and eventually hung up on me while I was pleading for help for my wife. Would not recommend, will be seeking help elsewhere.
While sitting in the lobby waiting for my fiancé’s appointment, I pulled up the Google reviews for this page & saw some one-star reviews. This concerned me at first. However, after spending ~1 hr with Dr. Rodriguez (the son, Rafael Jr.), I couldn’t reccomend this practice more. Very efficient, welcoming & easy to interact with. Would reccomend.
If I could give it 0/5 I would. My girlfriend has had a migraine for a month now and we we’re looking for help. Dr Rodriguez did not help at all and we ended up going to the ER as a result of him not prescribing anything in time. Not to mention he does not answer phone calls. If you’re seeking help, consider another neurologist.
