I’m writing this review because it’s the worst care a patient could get. I made an appointment and when I got there I was informed I didn’t have an appointment. They wanted me to come back the next day. I told them I just made a 45min drive to get there. I asked if I could be seen now. I was told in a very rude manner how that wasn’t going to happen and they weren’t going to fill my prescriptions. If you're thinking about coming here, run away fast! One can never get past the rude, ignorant, uneducated front-desk staff. They make decisions only the doctors should be making. Every phone call is an argument! They either forget to call your medication in, or send it in wrongly! The doctors are nice enough, but they are afraid to prescribe adequate pain medication, which confused me as they are pain management specialists. I've been treated here for severe chronic pain since 2003. All of the doctors I've seen here, currently Dr. James Bailey, have been compassionate and extremely helpful. It took me almost three years and 27 doctors (including Rothman Institute) before I found Dr. Jermyn here, and he was the first doctor to actually understand my medical issues and help me. (I don't know why the reviews are showing 1 star when I've given Rowan NMI 5 stars)
