I was a patient for approx 10 months starting approx May of 2025. My treatment was for pain management....and injections in my knees and shoulders . End of Jan 2026 recieved a phone call "you have an upcoming appointment in 10 days but we no longer accept your insurance . Its $475 cash if you want to keep the appointment. We stopped accepting your insurance back in Sept. 2025. " Wow u are telling me now?
