Dr Matt Johnson and his staff were very welcoming and I was instantly put at ease from reception through the procedure. The EMG is a test that uses needles and electric current, and yet I was very comfortable. Dr Johnson offered to give me a break anytime I needed it, however his technique was smooth and efficient, and I did not require a break because of it. Parking was easy and right outside the door. I'd go there again in a heartbeat!
I came across Neuromuscular Diagnostics after a quick Google search. Initially, my wait time at the hospital my provider told me about was booking 8 weeks out. ND was able to get me in within DAYS!!! I had NCV, EMG and the US done with Matt. Throughout the entire 2.5 hour test, he was able to tell me how it was going and exactly what we were doing. That was extremely helpful. I had a great experience with this clinic for my EMG/NCV testing. There are very few places that offer this testing so I was thankful I found them. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel at ease about the procedure. I had EMG test done there. It was great experience. I knew exactly what to expect, Matthew who was performing test was very professional, explained precedure the way I understand it fully. He commented my results and even sent me email with results along with additional explanation. I can recommend this place for nerves and muscles testing and I would give them 10 stars if I can. I’ve had two EMG tests over the last six months with physical therapy in between. The results were enlightening and I’m so happy that I had this done. Matt went over the results in detail, explaining how they relate to my symptoms, and helping to craft my recovery plan. Nerve related symptoms are often mysterious and confusing but the EMG tests have done a ton to help demystify what’s going on with my body.
