I had an diagnosed condition that caused the pain in my foot, and my podiatrist referred me for EMG test. Matt called me to schedule a visit, even before I left my doctor's office and accommodated my availability. I was very surprised by that because usually it takes long time to schedule this taste. Matthew took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answered all of my questions. When one test didn't show any issue, he recommended a follow up test that did. This made the whole process take less that three weeks from not knowing to knowing. I appreciate him so much for this, he even included a completed report for my records. I came across Neuromuscular Diagnostics after a quick Google search. Initially, my wait time at the hospital my provider told me about was booking 8 weeks out. ND was able to get me in within DAYS!!! I had NCV, EMG and the US done with Matt. Throughout the entire 2.5 hour test, he was able to tell me how it was going and exactly what we were doing. That was extremely helpful. Dr Matt Johnson and his staff were very welcoming and I was instantly put at ease from reception through the procedure. The EMG is a test that uses needles and electric current, and yet I was very comfortable. Dr Johnson offered to give me a break anytime I needed it, however his technique was smooth and efficient, and I did not require a break because of it. Parking was easy and right outside the door. I'd go there again in a heartbeat!
I had a great experience with this clinic for my EMG/NCV testing. There are very few places that offer this testing so I was thankful I found them. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel at ease about the procedure.
