On my initial visit I knew this choice was the right one. Dr. Aboutalib spent an incredible amount of time listening to all my concerns and offering solutions. I never felt pressure in his office and any diagnostics suggested were explained in detail before they were scheduled and performed, Dr. Aboutalib has been incredibly gone above and beyond with the whole process of my insurance approving my Ubrelvy. Doctors are great and very caring. Staff is terrible. It's a shame, but if you can get another location I would highly recommend it. Dealing with the personnel that they have there may cause you trauma. I have requested a change of venue but my insurance keeps sending me back. This is ridiculous. Like I stated above, it's not the Doctor, it's the receptionist who greets you at the front window. She's the whole problem. I wish I could see my doctor elsewhere.
