OMG a had the most horrible experience ever with Dr. PARISSA VASSEF..I heard She called me STUPID..just because I couldn't remember dates or the name of my drs
We have been going to this office since 2016. I'm not sure if there was an office staff change or what but this whole year has been awful dealing with the office managers to get refills. My mother goes through a patient assistance program which has its own pharmacy. Anything that has to do with refilling her prescriptions through them is a mess. Amy, who is in charge of medication hates her job and is outright rude to the pharmacy as well as me whenever a refill is needed. She has hung up on both me & the pharmacy. I finally... read more
