I am tired of having an illness I have no control over and especially dealing with medical staff that keeps changing the requirements of treatment in order to get a prescription filled. The Neuromedical intentionally passes off blame for lack of communication to cover their mistakes. They blame me for the inability to get a timely appointment, they blame the pharmacist for not receiving RXs they did not submit, and they blame the clinic for being busy. There is a lack of compassion sonce Dr. Eberly and Vickie retired.
