Support from Neurolutions/Kandu sketchy at best. While they try, they also fail to update phone lines with messages over a holiday as to altered hours. I can be left in frustration over inability to get support until days pass. They seem to agree their devices could benefit from hardware upgrades. So far no word on that. It would also help clients that are hoping for positive therapies to receive something like a frequent newsletter with updates and improvements.
