Absolutely horrible patient care from Dr. Kaytser. My mother was given a life-altering diagnosis to test results via 2 sentences in MyChart. Even after we called them to get an update or setup an appointment to discuss the results. They couldn’t even take the time to call and humanize a very difficult situation. Will never, ever step foot in this facility again.
They let their receptionist make a clinical diagnosis without having any medical training. Referral was sent over and receptionist determined without consulting clinical staff that they could not see patient. Receptionist admitted she did not know what the condition was even though it falls under two categories that are documented on their website to be treated by multiple physicians. However she refused to talk to medical staff or put me in contact with them.
They will not let you know if they except your insurance until the last minute. I waited two months to have an appointment. An just this week I found out that they didn’t take my insurance an also wanted me to self pay of almost $700.
