I was appalled to hear from Doctor Donahue's office on Monday Oct. 23 the nurse informed me that he wasn't interested in providing a second opinion regarding symptoms that I have been experiencing. I've waited two months only to hear that they are not interested in my case. Also there was no effort to contact me regarding their decision which I thought was highly unprofessional and unkind. This practice is poorly ran and they don’t care at all that they are losing business. They NEVER answer the phone. You have to have a referral to make an appointment but you can’t even call to get ahold of them to make an appointment because they don’t answer at all. I live on the other side of town so I have to waste my gas driving up there to this horrible establishment just to walk in and make an appointment… something that could have been done over the phone without wasting my gas… When I arrived to make an appointment, ... read more
