Lack of communication from Dr Wilcox and/or staff is unsatisfactory. Very disappointing!
My mum had an appointment here, got changed and changed. she had to stay awake 24 HOURS prior to the appointment, she already struggles with sleep and she was dreading it but she did it. my dad took the day of work and we get there and they’ve changed the appointment. Absolute rubbish.
My son had a follow up appointment with Emma, so they want you to wear a mask, ok, then they want to see evidence of Covid shots.. WHY…It doesn’t make sense, Covid jabs don't stop you getting Covid, Mask is on. Im not sick..As I couldn’t find my evidence on phone.. I said this is ridiculous, they said keep your voice down, then they made me wait outside the building even though i produced my sa health id,, showing i work in a hospital.. clearly I’m vaxed. This place won't allow unvaccinated or unmasked people in. It doesn't seem to care that neither of those activities are proven to be beneficial for people or reduce risk. They'd rather people take experimental and arguably, detrimental injections than try to help people who chose not to take that risk. So much for "do no harm".
