I went to this doctor for migraines and was prescribed a medication and things got better. However the issue I have with them is that they sent me a bill that I called and tried to pay MULTIPLE times. I would leave messages for someone to call me back so I could pay and never received any calls back. The bill got sent to collections which is BS since I had been trying to pay. It’s all taken care of now but what a pain dealing with this has been.
This office is VERY bad at authorizing prescriptions. I have been waiting over a month for them to authorize a refill on a prescription I have been taking for over 5 years now. Really sad.
