I have been going to the office location on Ellsworth for what would have been 8 months this month. I rarely give out negative ratings, but this time it is warranted. Do not come here for Botox. Come for anything else but do not go here for Botox. Make the trip into phoenix or Scottsdale for it.
Not the best experience! I was sent here for neuropathy and stroke and dizziness. A bunch of tests and no real answers. He sent me back to my primary care doctor.?????? As above comments no communication skills.
If I could give them zero stars I would. I called to make an appointment my baby had cried for a split second and the operator placed me on a hold as I was speaking and quickly after, the call dropped. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and tried calling back but the call went straight to voicemail. I called off a different phone, it rang normally and the same girl answered just fine as the first time.
