I had the pleasure of meeting and having my procedure with Claudia whom was nothing but the best. She made my day. Thank you Claudia for making me feel so comfortable and teaching me a new language you are truly a blessing. God is Amazing. God bless you. This office was very clean and organized. I recomend this location to everyone. 10 stars by far.

I will share once I finally get my MRI results (2 taken in a year.). Refused by file entryway to see any reports. No contact available. Machine malfunctioned for horrible conditions for a man EEG that requires flakey in the hair a briefcase and wires all connected together for over 72 hours and no ability to shower. I feel like a little skeptical as my strides kept failing to show as well.

When checked in was told needed to fill out paperwork. I told them I filled it out on portal, and was told they had no access to it and needed to printed it out. The Dr was ok but refused to write a nexus letter. Stated they didn't do that. Have follow up, but don't know if I will go back.

I do not recommend for community care Veterans, or for Botox injections.
