Those receptionist with Covenant must hate there job and the patients. Lady at the front was plain rude and would not check us in until our apt time. She sat at her desk talking the whole time. Now Rudy and the Dr. were wonderful and very sweet.

The doctor was great and really did take care of me while I was a patient of his. However, that’s partly the issue. It’s while I was a patient. I admit medically I was a bit all over the place and I failed a lot of treatments but that grants no excuse for me to be released of care and then not be acknowledged by them period. I was told they wanted to send me to Mayo Clinic through a my chart message and that was the last I heard from this office.
