Hot mess express. I visited in January - the apt took forever and the doctor was giving me workout advice vs focusing on the issue / reason I was there. It’s now April and they just finally took the necessary steps to get my script filled. They also billed me twice - first invoice paid in full in March. Received a second invoice, same amount / dates of service, etc. Had to call and tell them to check their records before just sending out another invoice. Not a professional a practice, I would not recommend.
Absolutely love the Doctor & staff!
Unpleasant staff, rude doctor. Did absolutely nothing to help me. Close the doors and just go home.
was referred here by my cardiologist for pots, and i never saw the doctor i was supposed to see. i was instead seen three times by a nurse practitioner who was not educated on my condition. i was charged copays i should not have been charged, and today i received a COURT DATE for debt that i did not incur. my insurance covered all costs from these waste of time appointments with a physician that googled my condition right in front of me. editing to add: after reaching out to this provider, they admitted fault, but claimed it... read more
Run from this place. They are the absolute worst. No care for the patients whatsoever.
