Dr Bernard is wonderful, he was very patient and listened to my concerns. Made me feel very comfortable talking with him. We set out a plan of care that I was happy with. The staff is great, from the moment you walk in the door to the minute you leave! Would very much recommend this practice for your neurology concerns!
I am a patient who suffers from trigeminal neuralgia, and have for more than 20 years. I have also had the privilege of being helped by Dr. Bernad and his remarkable office staff! Melissa, Maria, Heather, and Stephanie have consistently demonstrated compassion when I have been in pain, competence and professionalism in their work and patience with the demands of a heavy workload. Doctor Bernard is very kind and cares a lot about his patients. He asks questions to find out how the patient feels. He wants to make sure that the patient is satisfied with their treatments. The people who work there are also very kind.
Please be aware that obtaining a diagnosis at this facility may take an extended period of time. Additionally, there are co-pays for virtually all services. Dr. Bernard often requires unnecessary follow-up appointments, which also incur additional charges. However, Heather and Erika are exceptional employees. Overall, I would rate my experience a 2 out of 10.
