I would recommend looking for alternative neurologists in my opinion. I'm glad others have had success with him and I debated chiming in but felt I need to post it because of how frustrating all of my wasted time was and if it saves someone some time it was worth posting.
After seeing several medical professionals due to a current condition, Dr. Bernad is one of the few that's familiar with the rare condition and knew of the required treatments forward. I really appreciate his patience as well as his holistic and practical approach regarding treatment and rehabilitation. I've improved tremendously under his care. Dr Bernard is wonderful, he was very patient and listened to my concerns. Made me feel very comfortable talking with him. We set out a plan of care that I was happy with. The staff is great, from the moment you walk in the door to the minute you leave! Would very much recommend this practice for your neurology concerns!

Doctor Bernard is very kind and cares a lot about his patients. He asks questions to find out how the patient feels. He wants to make sure that the patient is satisfied with their treatments. The people who work there are also very kind.
