I’m not sure if the doctor even reviewed my case prior to initial visit. And when I called upset that was he prescribed wasn’t working. They didn’t offer any non narcotics and acted as if it wasn’t their problem to deal with. Thanks doc for keeping up to that oath to treat your patients !!! Maybe next time you can suggest alternative options for treatment care.
I’ve never been treated so poorly by a medical provider than this practice has done. I’ve call at least 6 times and left voicemails in the last month, regarding a referral for pain management, with NO ONE returning my calls or hearing anything regarding scheduling. Now due to their failure to even ACT like they care, I’ve been out of medication for a week and in so much pain, to only have to start my referral process all over with a new practice. Dr. Dave is a great caring person who I truly felt that he cared about me and my pain. Dr. Dave helped me get back to my passion, fishing. The staff were nice too. Don't waste your time and money by going other places.
I had an appointment months ago for an injection for my migraines and was told that I had to make an appointment for a few months out for a follow up, so a few months passed but nothing so I called. And the person on the phone was rude, when I had genuine concern. They asked for my middle name I told them, and said we have nothing in there for me then went and used my abbreviated name.
