Excellent service. The staff,doctor and nurse are more than I expected. The doctor treated my pain with patches and I was happy because I've been on Oxcodone for ten years.
I'm a 57-year-old grandmother who just wants to play with her grandchildren but lives with severe pain. One of the FNPs, Family Nurse Practitioners, there is not compassionate, empathetic, or truly listens to her patients. I have lived for many, many years with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain Syndrome, among other issues causing pain. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My father had an appointment for his pain management & was turned away for being 1 minute late. 1 minute! I work at a veterinary office & we can still see patients if the clients are 10 mins late. Give a little grace, things can happen between leaving the home & making it to your destination. Now my father has to wait until his next appointment to be seen unless his primary doctor can refer him elsewhere…
