If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My father had an appointment for his pain management & was turned away for being 1 minute late. 1 minute! I work at a veterinary office & we can still see patients if the clients are 10 mins late. Give a little grace, things can happen between leaving the home & making it to your destination. Now my father has to wait until his next appointment to be seen unless his primary doctor can refer him elsewhere…

I’m not sure if the doctor even reviewed my case prior to initial visit. And when I called upset that was he prescribed wasn’t working. They didn’t offer any non narcotics and acted as if it wasn’t their problem to deal with. Thanks doc for keeping up to that oath to treat your patients !!! Maybe next time you can suggest alternative options for treatment care.
