The best NP I have encountered is Ms Ashley. I also talk to Ms Lexi she is an excellent employee very customer service friendly and got my request done immediately. I also like Mrs Amanda sorry she left but since I've been dealing with Ashley it's like someone finally listening to me and care about my pain
You ever get referred to this clinic my best advice is to say not today satin, the doctor who was taking care of me. Took me off my regular seizure meds to due to losing weight and put me on a different kind same class though. Only problem I had a seizure within days, took me a week and a half of phone tag to finally get ahold of anyone. To be told to go back on the old medication. I was traveling to Duke Pain Management in Durham because I heard a lot of negative reviews about places in Fayetteville. Then my chronic pain became so bad that the drive to Durham was too much, even every other money and Neurology and Pain Management is literally 10 minutes from my house. I have been calling this clinic for months about my referral and not once has anyone answered or returned my calls. Today I finally reached someone, only to be told I need to speak with Haley, the new patient coordinator, the same person I’ve already left multiple unanswered messages for. When I asked not to be transferred to her again, I was told new patient appointments are running 4–12 weeks out. That’s not the problem. The problem is the complete lack of communication.
