I hope the service once you get to the clinic is better than the service you receive on the phone. I called to find out about referring a patient to this clinic. Before I could even get out my sentence, I was rudely cut off and told that they don't take outside referrals. The tone of voice that was used and hostility was uncalled for.
What good is an appointment if y'all continually reschedule? It's been months now and just got another reschedule letter today with a generic reason. I keep taking days off of work for this. I feel that this office is not considerate of their patients.
Caregivers we're extremely knowledgeable and kind. They went the extra mile with helping me get my husband in the car. I would highly recommend positions office.
