Phone does not work, fax does not work, website does not work, and email does not work. What's going on?
We have been calling their office for two months to obtain medical records for my elderly parents with Dementia and Parkinsons. They have never, not once, answered the phone. We leave a message each time we call and they have never returned a phone call. I even left a message letting them know that my FIL had an ER visit and hospital stay and still no response. Their website doesn't work. I have filed a grievance with the Texas Medical Board for delay in access to medical history and records. Find another neurologist.
