How are yall gonna move locations and not let your patients know!
Go anywhere else. 1 hour wait for a scheduled appointment just to be seen. Avoid at all costs. Also FYI, for anyone reading these reviews, they claim their Internet and phone have all been down and that they’ve been trying to work to get them back up but still have not. In this day and age a 12 year-old could get their Internet up in NO time and this is a medical office using this excuse for weeks, apparently. Do not trust clowns like this with your valuable medical data.
Both my husband and I have been clients of Dr. Bower. In our opinion, Dr. Bower is a nice person. However, there are significant issues with his clinical and business staff. And given that we were not seen by Dr. Bower other than the first visit, we do not know if he is a competent neurologist. Office staff rarely answer the phone, and when messages are left, they are not returned. It took FIVE months to resolve a billing refund due to us.
