Dr. Delgado is the best and he has helped me with my chronic migraines, best neurologist i’ve seen but the front desk ladies are rude and inpatient. They never answer the phone or return my phone calls after leaving dozen of messages. They need to get better receptionist or they need to fix their terrible attitude!

Rude front desk and scheduling process. The WORST experience I’ve had by far at any doctor office. I’m baffled because I used to work at a doctors office from 7am - 11pm most days and not even on my worst day would I say to a patient that I’m not willing to help them. I’ve never experienced such a rude staff. Susan in scheduling specifically was not helpful and just overall, had a condescending “what do you want me to do about it” tone. Dr. Miranda is so nice and soft spoken. He has helped me so much with my pain. But his secretary is another thing. I love Ms Tonda she is real special person she works hard to keep Dr. Miranda on schedule.

i scheduled an appointment to see this office for pain management due to a cervical spinal compression, the appointment they gave me was 7 months out so i booked it anyways. i was never told anything about a cancellation policy. 7 months later i got a text 3 days before my appointment to keep or cancel the appointment, i cancelled it immediately because since then i have lost my job and my insurance. a week later i got a bill from this place for $50 for cancelling my appointment with no warning about any fees or notices ahea... read more
