I love Dr Miranda. He's amazing always calms me before a procedure and tells me step by step what he is doing. Most of the office staff is great. They are slow on communication when it comes to insurance authorizations. It took 2 weeks to get authorization from my insurance and not 1 person called to tell me they were working on it. I like communication with my Dr.s office.
They are very organized with a friendly staff.
