Saw Dr Miranda for the first time send me an urgent x-ray and MRI took time for insurance approved, but at this point no instructions to what do do next. I'm calling to the office leaving several voicemails, no one calls me,someone answered and I requested for a manager to contact me the person took my information, is being almost 3 months still waiting for that phone call. I have back problems that Dr Miranda helped with. It took shots directly into effected areas and time. My back does have occasional reoccurrence but the shots helped tremendously. I've tried scheduling a follow up either by phone or through the portal to no avail? Im unsure if Dr Miranda is still practicing but it did want to leave him specifically a good review.

The front desk staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. It's also misleading that the sign says "neurologist and neurosurgeon," when in reality, the only service offered is pain management — there is no neurologist available. On top of that, phone calls are not answered or returned, making it nearly impossible to get any guidance or assistance.

They do not put records in a patient portal, and they charge $1 per page which adds up quickly.
